Printalot PLA Aqua Filament
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Material: PLA, Biodegradable and eco-friendly.
Density 1.24g/cm³
TG: ~ 60°C
PLA is a plastic derived from corn, very easy to print, non-toxic and biodegradable.
Our PLA is added with the latest generation biopolymers that increase its fluidity and improve the resistance of the printed piece. This differentiates us from the competition!
The dimensional tolerance is +-0.03mm (typically 0.02mm), which avoids any kind of jamming. PrintaLot prints always come out perfect!
Printing Conditions
Nozzle / Peak Temperature: 180° – 230°
Bed Temperature: 20° – 60°
The use of a heated bed is not necessary.
To improve adhesion we recommend the use of PrintaLot adhesive spray.

Own production
PrintaLot filaments are produced in Monte Grande, Argentina in our own plant. This ensures that there are no third parties involved, so quality is assured.
Raw Materials
PrintaLot PLA filament is produced solely with Natureworks Ingeo resin, made in the USA. Unlike most other brands, PLA PrintaLot does not release toxic substances or unpleasant odours. We are the only manufacturer certified by the firm.
Packing
The filament is wound and vacuum packed as soon as it is produced, so it does not absorb moisture at any time. It is also protected in a cardboard box with thermo-sealed film for additional protection.
tolerances
Our filaments are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines, with closed-loop laser controls that verify diameter and ovalization in real time. This ensures a constant flow in the material deposition in the printer.
